MY H.E.A.L.T.H. Kick™ offers a 5-day or 3-day per week BOOTCAMP. This is the areas only indoor kickboxing boot camp around. BOOTCAMP begins sharply at 5:oo am and ends at 6:00 am.
The workout regimen is comprised of calisthenics, resistant training, speed & agility, plyometrics, and My H.E.A.L.T.H. Kick fitness Kickboxing.
Every student can expect to have fun. You will be pushed, but not past your limitations. This will insure results that will benefit all Boot campers. |
